How SlimSip collects personal data
This notice stands on its own. SlimSip is a brand in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It collects personal data only when you send a form, and only for the purpose written on that form.
What is collected
- Launch list Name and email. Used to send launch updates and to show a public count. Names are not published.
- Business enquiry Business name, contact person, email, city, state, business type, and quantity. Used only to reply. No mobile number.
- Contact Name, email, and message. Used only to reply.
- Private membership Name, email, and a note if you add one. Used only for private membership updates and a public count. Names are not published. No payment is collected.
- Fitness leaderboard Name, email, and fit category. The ₹9,999 fee is only for this board. No mobile number is collected.
Your choices
Consent is optional. If you do not tick the box, the form is not saved. You must be 18 or older. Do not send a child's data. SlimSip does not ask for parental consent because it does not offer this form to children.
You can withdraw consent here, with one form, which is the same effort as joining. Withdrawal stops further use. It does not undo a message already sent. You can also ask for a copy or a correction through the contact form.
You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, using the complaint route the Board publishes.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, are the rules this notice follows. A published commentary places the detailed notice rule's start at 13 May 2027. The itemised notice is already on each form.
Consent mechanisms
The Act does not treat every "I agree" as the same thing. These are the mechanisms that apply here.
- 1. Direct consent A separate notice on the form lists the data and one purpose. You tick a box. That tick is the clear yes. It is not tied to a waiver of your right to complain, and it is not required for browsing the site.
- 2. Review You can ask what purpose an email is stored for. The screen does not reveal the rest of the record, because typing an email does not prove you are that person.
- 3. Withdrawal The same page deletes the record. One form in, one form out. Withdrawal stops later use. It does not undo a reply already sent.
- 4. Consent Manager Section 6 also lets a person give, manage, review, and withdraw consent through a Consent Manager registered with the Data Protection Board. SlimSip is not a Consent Manager, and it does not send your consent to one.
The consent request is in English below, and in Hindi, which is a language in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution.
